Professional coaching has become very popular in recent years, after all if one considers elite sportsmen and women, none would have achieved excellence in their chosen sport without the help of a coach.
In a sporting context coaches help their coachee to review and finesse their performance, to be the best that they can possibly be. But why should that aspiration be exclusive to the sporting world shouldn’t we all be driven by striving to be the best?
